All clients will need to sign the Terms of Agreement prior to any service being performed.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

 

 

I understand that PC Catastrophe makes ongoing efforts to obtain the most accurate and timely information available.  It is the intention of PC Catastrophe to help me to the best of its ability.  PC Catastrophe insists that all users remember that the computer industry is subject to frequent and rapid changes.  Accordingly, PC Catastrophe does not offer a guarantee of the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or completeness of any of the information found on, downloaded from, or accessed from this website, nor does it guarantee any information obtained from phone conversations, emails, or instant messages.  PC Catastrophe reserves the right to modify, disable access to, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part or all information contained thereon without liability or notice to me.  I acknowledge and agree that any reliance on or use by me of any information available shall be entirely at my own risk.

Email addresses and URLs posted or given to users are not for sale.  I will respect the privacy of users and will not use these for ANY purposes without their prior consent.  Non-Human Visitors are not welcome!  They include, but are not limited to, web spiders, bots, indexers, robots, crawlers, harvesters, or any other computer programs designed to access, read, compile or cause harm to computers, emails, or web sites.  These are recognized as a violation of this agreement and are prohibited.  PC Catastrophe will not be held liable in the event any information from users is distributed by a human or non-human, or if harm is caused as a result of their information being distributed or viewed.

I certify that I am the owner of the computer that tasks are being preformed on.   In the event that I am found not to be the true owner of this computer system, I assume all liability for any claim made.

 

PC Catastrophe does not offer any warranties for any installed hardware or software.  I understand that PC Catastrophe is not an authorized service dealer. Any malfunction of these products will require you, the client, to contact the maker of such items. I understand that technical support rendered by PC Catastrophe may void manufacturer warranties.  PC Catastrophe does not assume any liability or warranty in the event that any warranties are voided. There is a no refund policy on hardware. We do not guarantee or offer support for any hardware purchases; problems must be dealt with by the manufacturer. 

 

PC Catastrophe does not offer any warranties or support for system swipes.  This service is entirely based on an as is service.  PC Catastrophe will not be held responsible for this service under any circumstances.  I, the client, will be held accountable for all back-up. PC Catastrophe will not be held responsible for any malfunctions of software or hardware after this service is performed.  This is an entirely AT YOUR OWN RISK service.

In the event that I am unsatisfied with technical service, and no other arrangements can be made, my computer will be returned to its previous condition.  All services offered in conjunction with my technical service will be null.   I will receive a refund only at my request within 24 hours of technical service completion.  I understand that the system swipe is excluded from any refund and my computer will not be returned to the condition prior to the swipe.

All viewers to this website, all potential, current or previous clients, and all third party organizations waive all claims against PC Catastrophe for any damages to their computer system or data, even if caused by negligence of PC Catastrophe or its agents.  I understand that PC Catastrophe offers no verbal or written warranty, either expressed or implied, regarding the success of technical support.
